PHP Site Manager

About PHP Site Manager

PHP Site Manager exists because most small business websites fail in boring, avoidable ways. The hours are out of date. The menu is a PDF nobody can read on a phone. The site looked great at launch and has not been touched since, because changing anything means calling someone.

We built a website manager around the jobs owners actually do: change a price, add a service, post holiday hours, swap a photo. Each of those has its own simple form. Everything else (hosting, security, backups, search setup, structured data for AI assistants) happens without you.

What we believe

  • Templates should start with content, not decoration. A plumber's site and a therapist's site should be built differently, because their customers behave differently.
  • One page is often enough. And when it is not, you should be able to grow into more pages without rebuilding.
  • Prices should be plain. No transaction fees. Forms and search setup are included in every plan; hands-on help is optional and priced up front.
  • You should be able to leave. Your domain and your content are yours, and you can export everything.
  • No magic promises. Nobody can guarantee a Google ranking or a ChatGPT mention. We do the fundamentals properly and tell you the truth about the rest.

Where we are

Hosted plans are in early access. We set up each new site with its owner, one at a time, so we can help with content and domains. A self-hosted edition for developers and agencies is in preparation.
