PHP Site Manager

Data and Privacy

Here we explain how PHP Site Manager treats personal information and why. Dated October 31, 2026.

What do you collect?

A message sent through our form delivers to us what you wrote and where to answer you.

Separately, we hold plain counts of which site plans get opened, without names or emails.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider notes request data such as browser type and IP address, for troubleshooting and security.

Local storage

Features that save your place store your choices on this device, in local storage, and clearing your browser data removes that.

Cookies and outside services

Looking around PHP Site Manager asks for no registration, and our pages work without cookies from us.

If we switch on traffic measurement or ads, those tools can use cookies; you can turn them off in your browser.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell what we hold about you, and never have. Other than the firms that run our servers and email, nobody else receives your data unless legally required.

Removing your details

To find out what we have about you, send a note to support@phpsitemanager.com; we act on every request.

A few more points

Our pages on small business websites are meant for adults and teens, and anything a child sent will be removed on request.

If this policy changes, you will see the new text here with the date updated.
